Kate Sessions Park Neighbors May Get ReliefAugust 16, 2010 No Comments
The San Diego Parks and Recreation Department has again reviewed Kate O. Sessions Park as it relates to allowing alcohol consumption there. Neighbors have complained of many problems including public urination (in front of their kids), drunkenness, partiers trashing the place, using city water without authorization (for their slippery slides?) and a number of other problems.
